I have been married for 35 years with 3 Children, one talented daughter-in-law and 2 beautiful grandchildren. I love to cook and eat organic food. My love of hot yoga is a daily ritual for me. I started my practice over 18 years ago and the benefits to my business and personal life have been extremely positive, keeping me balanced, grounded, and my creative juices flowing. I acquired my 200 hours of teacher training, a personal goal of mine.My mantra is, “Miracles happen on my Mat.”
